About

A medication intelligence company.

Direct measurement for the therapies that matter most.

Sensal Health is a medication intelligence company. MyAide, our platform, gives clinicians, sponsors, and care teams a direct signal of what was actually taken — not inferred, not self‑reported, not estimated from refills. We built it for the therapies where that distinction matters most, and for the people responsible for getting them right.

The company is led by pharmacists, clinicians, and researchers whose prior work spans drug delivery, dermatology, behavioral adherence science, and the dynamics of patient accountability and trust.

The name

Sentinel and salubrious — guardian and the restoration of health. The name joins two ideas the best medications are meant to embody: the sentinel, a guardian, and the salubrious, that which restores health.

Measurement, not inference.

The therapies that matter most cannot be served well by anything less.

The reason most adherence platforms infer is that direct measurement is hard. Inference is cheap, scalable, and good enough when the dose taken does not need to be known precisely. We have spent our careers on the therapies where it does — as sponsors of clinical trials, as physicians and pharmacists, as researchers in adherence science — and we built Sensal for them.

Biologics, complex topicals, narrow therapeutic index drugs, controlled substances, pediatric formulations, and medications in oncology, dermatology, and CNS care share a property: the difference between something was dispensed and the correct quantity was dispensed is the difference between a therapy that works, a therapy that fails silently, and in some cases a therapy that harms. Proxy signals do not resolve that difference.

Sensal’s platform — Smart Dock for oral solids and non-tube topicals, Smart Cap for tubes — measures quantity dispensed at the point of use, across both delivery formats. To our knowledge no other platform captures this signal across both. The hardware took longer and cost more than a software-only adherence product would have. We took that path because the therapies that matter most cannot be served well by anything less, and because the clinicians, sponsors, and payers responsible for those therapies have been asking for measurement they can act on rather than measurement they have to caveat.

Why most platforms infer

The reason most adherence platforms infer is that direct measurement is hard. Inference is cheap, scalable, and good enough when the dose taken does not need to be known precisely. We have spent our careers on the therapies where it does — as sponsors of clinical trials, as physicians and pharmacists, and as researchers in adherence science — and we built Sensal for them.

Clinician-centered design

Clinicians are the central enabler of care. Every product decision starts and ends with empowering that bond with patients.

Better outcomes

Remote monitoring, adherence tracking, and timely interventions that deliver measurable results for patients and payers.

Our Team

Built for the work.

The Sensal Health team combines experience across pharmacy (clinical, behavioral, retail, manufacturing, formulation, regulatory, specialty), medical practice (dermatology and primary care), engineering (hardware, software, user‑centered design), consumer trust research, program management, and the commercialization of healthcare technology.
